  1. VARIABLE COMPENSATION PLAN​

    All salaried employees are eligible for an annual award that is based on individual leadership and performance as well as company performance (other than employees who participate in a sales incentive or other similar plan). The award targets are based on market competitive data and are reviewed annually.

  2. EMPLOYEE–MANAGED RETIREMENT PLAN (EMRP)

    A minimum of 5% of your base pay is automatically contributed by the Company to the Plan on a monthly basis. The EMRP is an individual self-managed retirement account to which the Company makes contributions. Although employees are encouraged to save, no employee contributions are required to be eligible to receive the 5% Company contribution. You control how to invest and manage these Company contributions from a menu of investment choices.

  3. SALARIED EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN (SESP)... YOUR 401(K)

    This flexible option lets you make pre-tax contributions of up to 50% of your base pay, up to the IRS annual limit ($17,000 in 2012 if you are under age 50 or $22,500 if you’re age 50 or over). After-tax contributions of up to 10% of pay are also allowed. The SESP, which is administered by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, offers a broad range of investment options, including a brokerage account, employee loans, a personalized saving and investing advice tool (Advice Access) and a full-service website (www.benefits.ml.com).

    Roth 401(k) accounts are also available.

  4. INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR LIFE'S UNPLANNED EVENTS

    We also offer comprehensive coverage for life’s unplanned events. It’s our way of helping you feel secure about your future, and that of your family. We provide many of these benefits at no cost to you, including:

    • Accidental Death and Personal Loss (ADPL)
    • Group Life
    • Long-Term Disability (LTD)
    We also provide supplemental coverage at a reasonable rate to our employees for:

    • Dependent Group Life (covers spouse and eligible dependents)
